In Csinód, in the Úz Valley, the secret of sourdough, potato, and beaten bread is passed down from mother to daughter, like a true heritage in which children are involved from a young age. Children playfully learn how to cook, peel potatoes, make sourdough, and knead the dough by hand. However, making good bread is not just a matter of knowledge; it also requires the love of the housewife. Real homemade bread is baked in an oven until golden brown, and the thick crust is pounded off while it's still hot. Homemade bread cannot be compared to any store-bought bread; it's much more nutritious, healthy, and has a heavenly aroma.
