• Parking: Along the edge of the asphalt road, 400 meters from the hide.
• Access: A 400-meter easy walk with the assistance of a gamekeeper. Guests with limited mobility will be transported to the hide by car.
• Recommended attire: Appropriate hiking attire for the season, a dark-colored top, umbrella, or raincoat.
• For photographers: Recommended lens focal length: 200 – 500 mm.
• Season: March 15 – December 15.
• Weather: Weatherproof program (the hide is closed and covered, so it operates even in the rain).
• Be punctual: Because we don't wait! Multiple guests participate in our tours every day. Those who arrive on time will start at the agreed-upon time; we cannot wait for anyone.
• Bear sighting guarantee: If you do not see bears, you do not have to pay.
• Experience guarantee: If you see bears but did not enjoy it, you do not have to pay.
• Phone use: At the start of the tour, please switch your phones to airplane mode, mute them, minimize screen brightness, and turn off the flash. The ringing, screen light, and flash can scare away the animals.
• Age limit: It may be necessary to sit quietly for more than two hours. Not all children enjoy this, so participation is not recommended for children under 6 years old.

There is an option to rent the hide for 24 hours, during which only you and your guests will be in the hide with the gamekeeper; no other guests will be present.

After years of research, Máté Bence, the world-famous nature photographer and wildlife observer, chose this remote forest clearing. When selecting and planning the location, it was crucial to ensure that perfect photos could be taken from the hide. Bence envisioned a modern hide designed specifically for this location, with a closed, covered structure equipped with large glass windows, allowing comfortable bear observation and photography even in rainy weather in their natural environment.

Currently, our hide near Lake Saint Anne is available to visitors. This hide can provide enjoyable entertainment for up to 45 people at a time. The program starts two hours before sunset, making it easy to combine with other tourist activities in the region. For example, a visit to Lake Saint Anne and Mohos Peat Bog, which no tourist in the region should miss. It can also be paired with a horse-drawn picnic or a visit to the Csíki Brewery.
